PDF to Word (text only)

Limits
No layout, fonts, images, tables or columns are kept, and multi-column pages may come out in the wrong order. Scanned PDFs have no text and are refused; use OCR PDF first. Up to 50 MB and 100 pages. The .docx is a minimal valid document that has not been opened in Word by this tool.
Privacy and file handling
Processed in your browser with pdf.js, served by this site, and a built-in ZIP writer. Your PDF is not uploaded.
Troubleshooting
If no text is found the PDF is probably scanned. If lines look scrambled, untick the paragraph-joining option.
