What it is

I HATE DOCS is a set of free-to-try document tools for ordinary paperwork: merging, splitting, compressing, signing, protecting and unlocking PDFs, extracting text, tables and images from PDFs, resizing, compressing and converting photos and signatures, building resumes and everyday forms, and creating QR codes and ZIP files.

How it works

The tools run in your web browser. The files you open are processed on your device and are not uploaded to a processing service. Some tools download open-source libraries when they are needed. Read the Privacy Policy for the details.

What it does not do

It does not keep the layout when converting between Word and PDF, export resumes as Word files, remove photo backgrounds, or crack or bypass forgotten PDF passwords. Reading text in scans (OCR), PDF to Excel and image extraction are best effort. Each tool page lists its own limits.

The tools are in beta. Check every result before you rely on it, and read the Terms of Use.
