Say which tool you used, what you expected and what happened, and which browser and device you were using. A screenshot of the problem is welcome.
Please do not send private files
Please do not send passwords, identity documents, signatures, resumes or other private files. The tools work in your browser, so we do not need your files to understand a problem.
Replies
We read messages when we can and cannot promise a reply time. We cannot recover a forgotten PDF password or reopen a file for you.
What we receive
If you contact us, we receive what you send, such as your email address or Instagram account name and your message. Gmail and Instagram have their own privacy policies.
