Quick answer
Sign on plain white paper in good light, photograph it straight on, load it in the resizer, set the size the form asks for, and compare the result with the original.
Steps
Use the position sliders to centre the signature. Keep the aspect-ratio lock on. Choose JPEG for a white background, or PNG with transparent padding if you need transparency. Add a target size in KB only if the form needs one.
Background cleanup
The optional cleanup turns light pixels white. Raise the threshold slowly and look closely: thin or pale strokes can disappear.
Check the rules
Forms differ in size, format and background. Follow the official notice; this guide does not quote any.
Frequently asked questions
Should I use JPEG or PNG?
JPEG with a white background is widely accepted. Use PNG only if transparency is needed. Follow the form’s own rules.
Why did cleanup erase part of my signature?
Thin or pale strokes fall below the threshold. Raise it slowly and compare with the original.
