Limits
Sizes here are generic and are not official requirements for any country or document; copy the exact size, background and file rules from the official notice. The background is not changed or removed. JPEG stores your DPI in the file header; PNG and WebP do not.
Privacy and file handling
Your photo is processed on your device and not uploaded.
Troubleshooting
If the size is rejected, check unit and DPI: 35 × 45 mm at 300 dpi is about 413 × 531 px. Very large outputs over 8000 px per side are refused.
