Sign PDF

Draw or upload a signature image and place it on the pages you choose. This adds a visual signature only, not a cryptographic digital signature.

How to use this tool

  1. Choose a PDF and the pages to sign.
  2. Draw or upload your signature.
  3. Click the page outline to place it, and set the width.
  4. Place the signature and download.

Before you start

A signature image placed on a page is a visual mark. It is accepted by many ordinary forms but it is not a cryptographic digital signature and does not verify identity. Draw your signature or upload a clean image, place it where it belongs and apply it to the pages you choose. Ask the receiver what kind of signature they need.

When to use it

Limits

A picture of a signature only: not a cryptographic digital signature and no identity verification. The outline shows position, not the page content, so open the result in a viewer to check it. Pre-rotated pages are not supported.

Privacy and file handling

Processed in your browser. Your signature and PDF are not uploaded or stored by this page.

Troubleshooting

If the signature looks too small or large, change the width slider and try again.
